Chapter TWO Inc. is a community development agency built to reduce violence and support lasting conflict resolution alongside the neighborhoods we serve.
Program approach
Nonviolent conflict transformation, led by local presence
Our methodology begins with listening. Each intervention is built around understanding the situation and the people involved, then applying mediation models that keep the focus on de-escalation and safer passage.
We bring trusted local practitioners into the room early, so conflicts are addressed by people the community already knows. The aim is restorative stability that holds after the moment has passed.
